The key focus for the ICS brief was to build trust with clients, through a remodelling of their website, in order to provide an accurate representation of the high level of service IntaCapital Swiss offer.
Other key specifications were; to enhance the user experience & accessibility of the website through developing a bespoke application system to ease the application process, ensure the site was available in a variety of languages for a multi-national audience, and have a separate comprehensive section for brokers.
We began the planning process by prioritising the users need and identifying the most important elements of IntaCapital Swiss’ existing site to meet these. We closely considered colours to evoke trust, whilst breaking the site into clearly defined broker and client sections for a focused customer journey. Moreover the addition of multilingual areas to the site helped to enhance accessibility.
To further enhance the user experience, a bespoke quiz was created to assess user’s eligibility, as well as an extensive online application form and a password protected broker section with important documentation only available to appointed brokers. The separate broker & multi-lingual areas of the site were formed separately and then integrated into the site seamlessly. The decision was made to design the site this way in order to make it as easy as possible for the user to manage.
The Marketing Strategy
The SEO work conducted on the site covered everything from site speed to content creation. Since launching the site, we’ve worked alongside IntaCapital Swiss to help project their online presence. This has involved the use of Google AdWords creating Search Ads for specific keyword search and Display Ads to retarget previous site traffic. We continue to work with IntaCapital Swiss on a monthly basis, helping to further enhance their digital marketing strategy.
