The Ultimate Brand Guide to a Striking Trade Show Stand

The Huga Business Show Exhibit:

If you came to the Huga stand at the Business Show between the 14th and 15th November, it was lovely getting to meet you and to have the opportunity to talk about all things branding and business.

One thing that really stood out to us was the interest in our stand. As a company that is so passionate about branding, we knew that we needed our stand not only to stand out but to encapsulate who we are as a business; our mission and vision.

This blog post will talk you through how you can transform how the think about your Trade show stand to improve your show performance and ROI.

Your Brand emulated in Your Stand:

Huga derives from the Danish word Hygge. This means ‘a mood of coziness and comfortable conviviality with feelings of wellness and contentment’. This is a key aspect to who we are as a company and what we aim to inspire in our customers.

Søren handcrafted the simplistic design to complement the simplistic Huga logo and graphics. The chipboard gives a homely comfortable feel a culture Huga fully embraces.

Keeping Your Colours on Brand:

Our message is kept constant in our brand colours Blue and Purple. Branding colours are key to brand performance and resonance; to find out more about branding colours and your brand by reading Brand Colour Psychology Getting Your Brand Colour Palette Correct

Blue Calm, peace, relaxation, slowing down, steadying

Purple Wisdom, intuition, understanding, spirituality, peace, calm, inspiration

Keeping Your Online Fonts and Your Stand Consistent:

Your stand is an integral part of what is going to draw your potential customers to your staff, therefore, it needs to clearly link to your online presence as you want people to recognise you when they search for you later, or stumble across you on social media. Its, therefore, key to have the same typography across all of your marketing materials.

Consider Your Tagline and Key Services:

Your stand is your opportunity to tell customers walking past who you are and what you offer. Don’t cover the walls of your stand in small text that puts people off reading. Instead, have your Tagline clearly visible and the titles of the key services you are trying to sell.

Less is More:

Adding more information will put people off. Keep it simple and keep people intrigued.
