The words ‘team building’ often strike dread in the minds of employees who expect to be getting involved in a “Hi, I’m Mark and my favourite animal is a Lion” type exercise, but here at Huga, we take getting to know each other to new heights – the Pyrenees to be exact.
After a very busy run up to Christmas, and with targets met and exceeded, the Huga team headed to Andorra for some fun team building up in the mountain air. A short flight to Barcelona and a not-so-short drive up to El Tarta, Andorra, and we were ready to hit the slopes.
With Søren teaching newbie snowboarders Adeola and Paul how to carve the slopes in style, and skiers Rowan and Livvy there to help pull the boarders across every flat, there was no doubt that a ski trip was as good a team building exercise as they come! We were extremely fortunate with a good dump of snow and by the end of the trip had 5 team members making it down the slopes together in one piece! Here’s a little video of our time spent, so please enjoy! As a small disclaimer, there is one profanity in the song (sorry!)
